About - TalentNXT Pro Exchange Program
Our Foundation’s mission is to promote lifelong learning and develop talent whilst utilizing innovative technology to fulfil industrial value. By promoting lifelong learning, we enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwanese companies. Our program is especially designed to support Taiwan's influential corporate executives and human resource professionals. TalentNXT Pro Exchange Program enables them to expand and exert their influence, it creates two-way exchanges and learning opportunities with leading organizations and talents from around the world.

Program Application and Review
I. Application
(1)Application period: From now until 12:00 noon of September 16, 2019 (Monday).
(2)Application method: Log-in to the application website for qualification review. Applicants will be notified of review results within 3 working days upon completing their application. Upon receiving notification, please follow the notification instructions and provide the requested information (upload relevant supporting documents and links). Please upload requested information before 12:00 noon of September 16, 2019 (Monday). Any incomplete applications shall be disqualified.
(3)Reminders:
1. Fill in the relevant application forms online, and include the following information:
(1) Attachment I: Personal data and major work achievements.
(2) Attachment II: At least two letters of recommendation.
(3) Attachment III: Applicant's overseas exchange study plan.
2. Applicants with incomplete applications shall be disqualified.
II. Program review: Review will be done by a group of experts and scholars invited by the Foundation.
Selected Applicants and Grants
1. Announcement of grant winners: A list of grant winners will be announced on the Foundation's official website before October 21, 2019. Grant winners will also be notified by email.
2. This Program offers a maximum of 10 grants, but fewer grants than the maximum may be offered. The Foundation will adjust the number and amount of grants according to applications and review outcome. The maximum grant amount per person is NT$300,000, grant recipients are responsible for funding excess expenses.
3. Program grant recipients are limited to one grant per person per year.
4. Subsidy items include: Tuition for major annual conferences, forums, lectures, seminars and courses announced by the Foundation, round-trip economy class airfare from Taiwan to the activity venue, local accommodation, and local transportation between the airport and accommodation. Funds are provided according to the following:
(1)Course registration and tuition fees will be coordinated and handled by the Foundation. If not feasible, the Foundation will make necessary adjustments.
(2)For other subsidies, grant recipients should submit requests to the Foundation along with original receipts and course training certificates.
(3)Applications cannot be made for items already included in the tuition cost.
(4)Within 30 days of completing the Program, grant recipients should submit original receipts of relevant expenses and their course training certificate. Upon verification, the Foundation will provide the subsidies according to accounting schedule.
(5)Please check the attached information for required documents to avoid affecting grants. If enclosed documents are incomplete, the Foundation will notify the recipient of the submission deadline. Those who fail to submit the required documents prior to the required deadline shall not be reimbursed.
(6)Those who fail to attend enrolled courses without prior consent from the Foundation shall have their grant eligibility revoked. The Foundation also retains the right to reclaim subsidized expenses.
5. Subsidies will be remitted to the valid domestic account of the recipient. Payee shall be responsible for the remittance fees.
6. The recipient shall bear any tax liability for the subsidy. However, the Foundation shall have tax amounts withheld in accordance with the law.
