Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation, with its vision"To provide talents for future society", had announced the beginning of the TalentNXT era, after 15 years of achievements.

The Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation developed FIT+HUG after thorough research by a group of experts through survey and analysis. Employability was chosen as the theme to promote education innovation in the Chinese speaking world.

With FIT+HUG as the specific criteria, NXTEducator will discover the most innovative, impactful and scalable educational innovations.

NXTEducator submission begins on the 10th of May 2019 and ended on the 30th of June, successfully attract more than hundreds of submission from 21 countries. 7 innovation were selected by a group of 26 education professionals from 7 continents.
