Debuting Workplace Stars
In 2018, WISE constructed a first-class talent development platform, which collaborated with 6 benchmark enterprises such as WeNET, Epson Taiwan, Taiwan Sakura, Jianfushan Fancy World, Hai-lai Foods and FETC in a joint hiring program to create workplace stars and inject innovative energy into Taiwan's enterprises!
In March of this year, the cultivation event kicked off with talent recruitment, attracting nearly 1,000 new graduates and those with 0-1 year of work experience. After going through the different stages of training which included: screening and selection in the Elite Stage, Gold Talent Training, Platinum Talent Training, Diamond Polishing and Employment Interview, the final 16 new workplace stars stood out to win recognition from the 2018 WISE cooperating benchmark enterprises .Together with the elites from Malaysia and Singapore, they completed 8 days of joint learning in Sophisticated Services and Practice Experience Training.
With a global perspective, the 2018 WISE Sophisticated Service and Practice Experience Training collaborated with Human Capital, a training institution in Singapore, and Malaysia as well as the Taiwan Industry Academia Research Entrepreneurship Center. Students were brought to visit well-known corporations such as Resorts World Sentosa, Qiren Organisation and RT Pastry, and famous parks such as LEGOLAND Malaysia and SUNWAY LAGOON to experience the workings of sophisticated service, meet the challenge of international exchanges and experience cross-cultural cooperation.
Since it began in 2010, WISE has developed a comprehensive talent training and selection mechanism, and has attracted nearly 5,000 participants to its annual innovative talent development activities. In 2018, WISE further cooperated with Taiwan's benchmark enterprises to provide professional training courses such as teamwork, cross-domain integration and interpersonal communication for new graduates before they enter the workplace. Moreover, arrangements were made for workplace experts and well-experienced business executives to not only provide careful guidance in the key points of resume writing and interview skills, but also gradually help build core competences from basic capabilities, reinforce individual traits and stimulate potential, thereby optimizing the professional capability of the new graduates and transforming them into new workplace stars capable of confronting workplace challenges!
The WISE project executive team remains diligent in nurturing new service talents who can take on the sophisticated service market, and jointly create high-quality, high-value, international and sophisticated service industry with corporations that are committed to providing sophisticated service.
