Optimizing Careers, Stimulating Potential, Creating Successful Career Paths
Since its launch in 2010, WISE has developed a comprehensive talent selection and training mechanism and has since involved nearly 5000 participants.
For 2019, WISE will provide two stages of professional training which involves teamwork, cross-discipline integration, and many other professional skills. WISE will provide guidance to help participants with their resume and interviewing skills, building core competencies through fundamental training, to optimize and stimulate the potential of recent graduates.
Participants that completed the two-stage training will be given the opportunity to participate in the WISE mentor program, which will involve mentorship from experienced business executives. Participants will also have a chance to participate in an overseas experience program and will qualify for a one-year membership to our global online learning platform.
Recent university graduates from any field with less than 2 years of work experience are eligible to apply.
